1. Determine where the eyeliner stops at, measuring from the wing of the nose to past the outer corner of the eye.

2. Apply the eyeliner starting from the centre of the eye towards the outer corner of the eyelid.

3. Draw a dotted line from the inner corner of the eye towards the centre of the eyelid, then create a solid line.

To achieve a double wing effect, locate where the iris and white of the eye meet. From there, draw a second, slightly shorter line parallel to the first to create the double wing.
